It works to balance your body's energy centers, clearing blockages and restoring vitality. As the practitioner's hands hover or are gently placed on your body (clothed/covered), you'll feel a subtle yet powerful energy flow, promoting relaxation, balance, and healing on multiple levels. Our universal life force energy is meant to flow freely, Reiki helps to restore harmony in your body, mind, and spirit, while promoting deep relaxation and self-healing. Whether you want to stick with your favorite customized massage, try an integrated Massage + Reiki combo, or explore health coaching, I am here to fully support your mind, body, and spirit.

*As of 01/01/26 packages were discontinued. If you would like to continue to pre-purchase your sessions there is a $5/hr discount on any multiple session purchase, with a maximum purchase of 6 hrs/discount of $30. Multi-session purchases must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
*Your scheduled appointment time is your massage start time. I thank you in advance for arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your massage time.

To thank you for your loyalty, anyone who became a client before June 1, 2026, will keep their legacy rate for the rest of the year. Effective January 1, 2027, the standard current pricing will apply to everyone. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to ask at your next visit. (Sliding scale payment may be available on an as-needed basis).
$10 Discount for Veterans/Active Duty/First Responders, Students, Retired/65+

Lastly, I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your patience as this past year has brought some scheduling, health, and injury related challenges! I respect that your time and care are so very important, and I will only reschedule when vitally important.
